There are 168 townhouse style condominium units distributed among nine buildings. Property taxes are listed below by building and by model type . The total property taxes by year are: 2020➛$900,283 , 2021➛$901,879 , 2022➛$908,069 , 2023➛$917,083 , 2024➛$935,049 and projected 2025➛$955,814 .
The 2025 projected property tax is the doubling of the 2/1/2025 and 5/1/2025 taxes billed plus the 2.3% tax increase approved by the Newark City Council in September 2024. Multiplying the 2024 property taxes billed by 1.023 produces the same result.

I think the Tax Map is incorrect. There is no logical reason for a builder to underreport the square footage in a Master Deed to prospective buyers. The unit I measured agrees with the Master Deed.
